The Bubion Titanic SUNK..
Bubion is OUT of the case but appears to be hovering. Bad orders & notice that he might become a witness made him run away. Lost a Protective Order on Legacy Partners & Sullivan and thought he would get away with not having to produce. New counsel then ignored the Order and now we wait for terminating sanctions.
